The LPMeck executive committee is working to find functional meetup locations for our monthly Saturday business meetings and also for the midweek evening social gatherings. The goal is to meet liberty-lovers across the whole of the county by holding events in the northern, eastern, southern, and western sections, including uptown.
In springtime, we were able to find a comfortable spot in Hunterville, by way of the Waterbean coffeehouse. Our past two months have been in Matthews, finding great food and conversation at Seaboard. Our upcoming August meeting will be at Amelie’s in NoDa, and beyond that we are seeking locations in west Charlotte and elsewhere.
